Period

There are two periods of coverage available - an additional 12-months of coverage (from the 13th month through the 24th month) or an additional 24-months of coverage (from the 13th month through the 36th month)

Ordering time

The only time it is possible to purchase either of the two periods of extended warranty is at the time of placing the original order.

Coverage

This extended parts warranty covers the supply and shipping costs of spare parts that are defective, or fail, within the above periods. This includes electric motors - gearboxes - computer controllers - and remote control transmitters - see list of Spare Parts for referenece at spare parts. This coverage does include fair "wear and tear" of normal usage but does not include wilfull or accidental damage. The battery is the only part of the cart that is expressly NOT covered by this extended parts warranty.

Claims

All claims should be made dirtectly to the Service Department of Pacific Rim Golf Corp. at (866) 915 2110. You will just be asked for the serial number of the cart, and the date of purchase.
